It was an amazing BET Hip Hop Awards weekend in Atlanta, GA for No Compromise Records’ national recording artist and Jacksonville’s own, T’juan.
While attending the awards was the weekend highlight, T’juan spent most of his time at several BET-related events, walking numerous red carpets and networking with young artists such as Roscoe Dash as well as multi-platinum artists such as Nelly, he even ran into one of the Atlanta Housewives, songwriter-extraordinaire Kandi Burruss.
However, as T’juan prepares for the release of his upcoming single, B.A.L.L. (Believing And Loving Life) he says, “Having the opportunity to speak with Atlanta legends like Big Boi of the group Outkast and grammy-award winning/multi-platinum producer DJ Toomp was really awesome and very inspiring to me as I continue on this journey to pursue my musical destiny.” He goes on to say, “I had a great time in Atlanta and expect to be on the BET stage next year!”
T’Juan is currently on BET’s 14-city Rap It Up/College Tour that promotes HIV/AIDS awareness and testing at historically black colleges all over the country. His next stop is October 5, 2012 at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach FL.
